The Spring De-Stress Fest kicks off Tuesday, May 13!

Hedberg Library and the Center for Faith and Spirituality have teamed up to offer an array of fun events and activities throughout the week to help students relax, recharge, and prepare for their final exams. 

Throughout the week (May 13-16)

Calming Carts
All Day, Hedberg Library
Look for our Calming Carts located in various areas throughout the library. On any given day you can find:

  • Crafting Cart – Choose from a variety of crafts to do in the library
  • Coloring Cart – Choose a coloring sheet and some pencils or crayons to color away your stress
  • Construction Cart – De-stress with building blocks
  • Trail Mix Bar – Make your own trail mix with a variety of ingredients
  • Fresh Fruit Cart – Grab a healthy piece of fruit while you’re studying
  • Stamp Away Your Stress – Use rubber stamps to decorate cards
  • And more!

Tuesday, May 13

Arts, Crafts, and Tattoos!
10 a.m., A. F. Siebert Chapel Front Lobby
Drop by for arts, crafts, and temporary tattoo fun.

Wednesday, May 14

Grab-and-Go Breakfast
8:30-10 a.m., A. F. Siebert Chapel Front Lobby
Enjoy pastries, fruit, juice, and coffee on your way to class.

Ring in Spring
12:15-1:30 p.m., A. F. Siebert Chapel Sidewalk
Decorate the sidewalk and steps of the chapel with chalk while enjoying snacks and drinks.

Thursday, May 15

Comfort Dogs and Pizza
11:30 a.m.-2 p.m., Ehrler Hospitality Center, A. F. Siebert Chapel Side Lobby (near the patio)
Stop by Ehrler Hospitality Center for a slice of pizza and then head over to the side lobby to pet the comfort dogs.

Friday, May 16

Arts and Crafts
9 a.m.-1 p.m., A. F. Siebert Chapel Front Lobby 
Unwind with some fun arts and crafts projects.
