Applications for History/English/Creative Writing Scholarship due Nov. 1
For the first time, Carthage will award one full-tuition scholarship to an incoming freshman who shows an interest in and will be majoring in English, history, or English with an emphasis on creative writing.
When applying for the scholarship, it is required to also apply for admission. Candidates must finish the applications and submit a one-page essay explaining their interest in studying history, english, or creative writing by Nov. 1, 2024.
A Carthage scholarship committee will review the applications and notify qualified applicants in early November. Chosen applicants and their families will be invited to the second round on the Carthage campus Nov. 15.
