Writer-in-Residence Richard Meier’s new book, “A Companion,” was released on May 13 by Wave Books, along with the audiobook of its sister-book, “A Duration.”

Each year, as a memorial to professors M.E. Chapin, Wilma Tague, and Juanita Jones, the English Department awards prizes in fiction, non-fiction/hybrid prose, and poetry.
