  • Athletic Trainer

    Carthage College Athletics is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Athletic Trainer to join our sports medicine team. As an Athletic Trainer at Carthage, you will have the opportunity to provide direct coverage for varsity sports, while working with a diverse array of athletes across 28 NCAA Division III teams.

  • Administrative Assistant and Target Language Expert

    This eleven-month, full-time position is benefits-eligible. The hours will be 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, with selected special event attendance required during the year. This position will work primarily with the Humanities departments, as well as the Honors Program, Intellectual Foundations, and the international graduate teaching assistants.

  • Carpenter/Painter

    Plans and performs preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on buildings. Maintain the campus as necessary. A large portion of this job is building-wide repair in several dorms each summer.

    Each Career Specialist in The Aspire Center is an integrated member of the campus holistic advising team/model, working with faculty, student success advisors, and other colleagues, to provide added support to students in order to support their success during and after Carthage.

  • Lab Technician, Chemistry

    The Chemistry Laboratory Technician supports the fast-paced operations of the teaching and research laboratories in the Department of Chemistry at Carthage College. Working under the guidance of the Chemistry Lab Manager, the technician assists in preparing laboratory materials, maintaining equipment and supplies, and helping to ensure a safe and well-organized environment for students and faculty.

  • Area Coordinator

    The Area Coordinator is expected to work closely with other College personnel to address the social, developmental, and academic needs of our students. Area Coordinators at Carthage are also expected to play a major role in the Student Affairs operation of the institution, taking on a leadership role in a collateral position.

    The driver will transport students across campus to various local locations.

    This position primary focus is on preventive maintenance of heating, air conditioning, and control, this position is frequently required to supervise tradesmen of other crafts and to direct, monitor, and approve actions, performance, and/or products of contractors and vendors as they complete work for Carthage College.
